This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in favor of the defendant, C. S. Mead, on his cross-complaint in an action in claim and delivery.

The defendant and cross-complainant was a distributor of Chevrolet automobiles in Pasadena. One I. H. Weaver was a retail automobile dealer located at San Gabriel.
