This is an equity cause, instituted by appellees against the appellants in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, involving the right to certain moneys now in the hands of the appellee the Equitable Trust Company, as trustee, arising from funds paid by the insurance underwriters upon the steamship Augusta by reason of the sinking of the barge Detroit.
