Petitioner Mahamed Ayenul Islam, a native and citizen of Bangladesh, seeks review of a 34 February 14, 2005, order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the May 18, 1998, decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Jeffrey S. Chase, which denied Islam’s application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”) on the basis that Islam’s testimony and documents lacked credibility.
