This case has been in this Court on a former occasion, on the appeal of the present appellants, (31 Md., 476,) but the questions raised and decided then were quite different from those raised on the present appeal. The former appeal was taken from the original decree of sale, of the 4th of April, 1862, which was passed upon taking the bill of complaint pro confcsso against the appellants, on what was supposed to be sufficient evidence of the publication of notice against them as non-resident defendants.
