—Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County (Cacciabaudo, J.), both rendered June 10, 1997, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (three counts) under Indictment No. 712/95, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence, and robbery in the first degree (four counts), robbery in the second degree (two counts), and assault in the first degree, under Indictment No. 1159/96, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
