By decision and order entered June 5, 1996, this court granted defendant’s motion, pursuant to CPL 210.20 (1) (b), to dismiss the first count of the indictment and directed the People to file a prosecutor’s information charging defendant with the remaining petty offenses left in the indictment, in the Justice Court for the Village of Harrison (CPL 210.20 [1-a]).
