Affirming.

Sam Warren & Son Stone Company is engaged in the business of cutting and dressing stone used principally in building operations. Its plant is located at the corner of Twenty-Fourth and Arbegust Streets in Louisville on a lot which fronts 90 feet on Twenty-Fourth Street and extends west 482 feet to Midway Street. The machinery used to cut and dress the stone is operated by electrical power which is generated on the premises by two Diesel engines.
