8224 Writ of error pending in Supreme Court. This suit was brought by A. Mosely Bro., a firm composed of A. Mosely and W. A. Mosely, against the General Bonding Casualty Insurance Company (which will hereinafter be called the Insurance Company), John D. Stephenson, James A. Stephenson, Ed Kneeland, and T. L. Camp, to rescind the plaintiff's subscription of ten shares of stock of the Insurance Company and to recover $500 paid thereon, to cancel a note for the remaining subscription price and a deed of trust on certain property in Quanah securing the same, and to recover $280 interest already…
