CASANUEVA, Judge.

K.A.K., a seventeen-year-old juvenile, challenges an adjudication of delinquency for possession of drug paraphernalia. Finding merit in her contention that there was insufficient evidence to support the *406legal determination of constructive possession, we reverse.

K.A.K., driving her Dodge Neon with three friends, was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident.
