The defendants, the Incorporated Village of Sag Harbor and the Sag Harbor Police Department (collectively the “Village” or the “defendants”), move pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56 for summary judgment in their favor in this pregnancy discrimination action brought by the plaintiff Laura R.
