This cause is brought to this court on error from the-district court of Douglas county.

' On May 17, 1887, the attorney for the state filed an information in said court against the plaintiff in error,, charging that on April 26, 1887, in said county, she unlawfully and feloniously took, stole, and carried away $60-’ in money, the property of J. C. Barron, on which charge-she was arraigned May 31st following, and pleaded not-guilty. There was a trial to a jury, with verdict of guilty,, finding the value of the property at $60.
