The Chancellor:

The right of Amy E. duPont to possession of the shares of stock free and discharged from *138the trust agreement of April 24, 1928, is rested by her solicitor upon two alternative grounds, either of which, it is argued, supplies a sufficient basis for a decree upholding that right. The first of these grounds is that the trust is a voluntary one and is revocable by the settlor and so could be terminated by her alone; and the second is that, even though the trust be not a revocable one, yet to allow it to stand would be inequitable.
