MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVIDSON, District Judge.
Now before the court are various motions of the parties. The pro se plaintiffs in this case have moved the court for leave to file a motion for summary judgment out of time, for the entry of summary judgment on their behalf, for a hearing on the merits of their motion for summary judgment, and for the appointment of a special master to hear this cause.
