Robert J. Carson filed his bill in the circuit court of Morgan county, against William F. Davis, for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. A general demurrer was sustained to the bill, and leave given to amend. An amended bill was filed praying the same relief, setting up the same contract as in the original bill, but seeking a reformation of the contract and then its specific performance.
