Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Canfield, J.), entered November 19, 2002 in Rensselaer County, which denied defendants’ motions to dismiss the complaint.
Plaintiffs are 11 former teachers employed by the Hoosick Falls Central School District who retired either at the end of the 1999-2000 school year or in the middle of the 2000-2001 school year.
