OPINION

Before NESBETT, C. J., and DIMOND' and RABINOWITZ, JJ. RABINOWITZ, Justice.

This appeal involves a small strip of land located in the area of South Franklin Street in Juneau, Alaska. In December 1964, appellee Columbia Lumber initiated an ejectment action against appellants in the superior court. In its prayer for relief, appellee requested that it be granted possession of the real property, that appellants be ordered to convey title to the property to it, or alternatively that title be quieted in it.
