The First National Bank of Green River, a corporation organized under Federal law to transact a banking business, brought an action in the District Court of Sweet- water County to exact an accounting from George H. Ennis and Rock Springs Water Company, a Wyoming corporation, as defendants, because of certain moneys alleged to have been collected and received by the defendants in consequence of their purchase and possession of certain water right contracts in which the bank asserted an assigned interest.
