A Forsyth County jury found Thomas Lester guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of aggravated child molestation, OCGA§ 16-6-4 (c); aggravated sexual battery, OCGA § 16-6-22.2; and three counts of child molestation, OCGA § 16-6-4 (a). Following the denial of his motion for a new trial, Lester appeals, challenging certain evidentiary rulings and the sufficiency of the evidence as to the one count of aggravated child molestation.
