Green, J.:
Patrick Hood appeals from his juiy trial convictions and sentences for one count of aggravated burglary in violation of K.S.A. 21-3716 and two counts of felony theft in violation of K.S.A. 21-3701(a)(l), (b)(3). Hood first argues that his two felony theft convictions were multiplicitous because the two counts arose from the same conduct and because the conduct constituted only one offense by statutory definition.
