Orion Township, its building inspector, and the township board appeal as of right from an order entered on November 29, 1982, declaring a solid waste disposal area license issued by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to Everett and Geraldine Weber "valid in all respects”.

Everett and Geraldine Weber own a 190-acre tract in Orion Township, Oakland County, on which they have operated a sand and gravel mining company.
