NANGLE, District Judge.

Pursuant to his plea of guilty, Defendant-Appellant E.V. 2 was convicted of conspiracy to distribute 700 pounds of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(B) and 846. After conducting an evidentiary hearing, the district court 3 imposed a sentence of forty-six months’ imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release.
