Appellant Sophocles Lovett by information was charged with the crimes of aggravated assault, second-degree battery, and with being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was convicted of all charges, and received respective sentences of fifteen years, fifteen years, and forty years to run concurrently. Sophocles testified in his own defense at trial, but on appeal, he does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence.
