The Traffic Court Rules Committee of The Florida Bar (rules committee) has petitioned this Court to approve its quadrennial report of proposed changes to the Florida Rules of Practice and Procedure for Traffic Courts (Traffic Court Rules). Pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.130, the proposed amendments were submitted to The Board of Governors of The *182Florida Bar for review.
