Plaintiff Kenneth C. Nelms brought suit against defendants,1 alleging that he was terminated because of his political affiliation in violation of the First Amendment, his age in *817violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), and his sex and race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
