This is an appeal of an order of the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, denying Lewis S. and Linda T. Robinsons’ motion to quash a writ of execution issued on a Wyoming judgment *310in favor of Key Bank of Wyoming, formerly First Wyoming Bank (the bank), and a subsequent order granting summary judgment in favor of the bank on the Robinsons’ declaratory judgment action. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
