This is an action brought by plaintiff Debra A. Miller pursuant to Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (the “Act”), to review the final determination of defendant Jo Anne B. Barnhart, Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”), determining that plaintiff was not disabled as defined by the Act from March 15, 2002 to September 2, 2003, and therefore is not entitled to disability insurance benefits.
