Affirming.
Briefly, the case is this: J. V. Williams was an. assistant bridge foreman in the employment of the Illinois Central Railroad Co. The tracks, of the railroad company at Rockport, Ky., were crossed by an overhead wooden bridge used for vehicle and foot passage. _ This bridge was partly supported1 by upright posts put in the ground near the railroad tracks.
