After Jo Huskey experienced complications from the implantation of a transva-ginal mesh medical device, she and her husband Allen Huskey filed this products liability action against Ethicon, Inc. and Johnson & Johnson (collectively “Ethi-con”). Following a nine-day trial, the jury returned a general verdict for the Hus-keys on their design defect, failure to warn, and loss of consortium claims.
