LOHR, Justice.

This case arises from a workmen’s compensation claim filed by the respondent, Guy Y. Legouffe, for a permanent disability suffered as a result of a heart attack allegedly precipitated by an industrial accident. The Industrial Commission (commission) denied benefits, affirming a referee’s finding that Legouffe had not established a causal connection between the accident and the injury.
