James H. Taylor filed his petition in the Civil Court of Fulton County, Georgia, against defendant, R. O. A. Motors, Inc. By stipulation, substantially the following facts existed: (1) Defendant did business in Georgia from January 10, 1961, to December 15, 1961; (2) defendant was never domesticated in Georgia, and has not done business in this State since December 15, 1961; (3) that prior to doing business in this State, defendant filed with the Secretary of State of Georgia a copy of its charter as provided by Georgia law, and also a return, and paid the registration fee, as…
