In this appeal, we are asked to consider whether the Superior Court abused its discretion by declining to exercise its mandamus jurisdiction to remedy various alleged violations of the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights (“LEOBOR”). Petitioners-below Shawn Brittingham (“Brit-tingham”) and Christopher Story (“Story”) (collectively, the “Appellants”) sought mandamus relief for several alleged violations of LEOBOR while they were police officers with the Georgetown Police Department (“GPD”).
