Suit on fire insurance policy for $25,000, for loss of lumber and timber products destroyed by fire in plaintiffs' Yard No. 6 at Bragg City, Missouri. The plaintiffs, husband and wife, are partners in an extensive lumber business under the firm name of A.B. Smith Lumber Company, with chief offices at Paducah, Kentucky. The defendant is an Ohio insurance corporation, licensed in this State. On motion of the defendant the circuit court directed a reference of the cause over plaintiffs' objections and exceptions.
