Reversing.

Appellee’s decedent, Brodie Clayton, died on September 27, 1927, as a result of a heat stroke which he suffered while working for the appellant in its electric plant at Earlington, Ky. Clayton at the time of his death was 25 years of age, and had been continuously in the employ of the appellant at its plant for over a year prior to the date of his death. At the time of his death, he was engaged in cleaning out the tubes of one of the boiler drums of the plant. This .boiler drum and the boiler room in which it was located is thus accurately…
