{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Julie Shannon, appeals her conviction in the Brown County Court of Common Pleas for theft in office, tampering with records, and identity fraud.

{¶ 2} Appellant was elected and served as the treasurer clerk for the village of Sardinia, Ohio, from September 2002 through December 31, 2007. She was also the village utility clerk during that time.
