This is a bill in aid of execution and is filed under 3 Comp. Laws 1915, § 12897, as amended by Act No. 215, Pub. Acts 1917. On May 4, 1926, the plaintiff obtained a judgment for $1,633.99 against Edward Williams, one of the defendants. Execution was issued and levy made on two parcels of land, the title to which was in Edward Williams and Flora Williams by the entireties. They obtained their title through the foreclosure of a mortgage given to secure a loan of money which was a part of the proceeds from the sale of a farm the title to which stood in the name of Edward Williams alone.
