Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Stadtmauer, J., at suppression hearing, plea and sentence), rendered June 6, 1989, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from six years to life, unanimously affirmed.
