Statement

Plaintiffs filed their complaint against defendánts in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Arkansas, and on June 23, 1954, defendants removed the case to this Court.

In due time the defendants each filed separate answers to plaintiffs’ complaint, and upon the issues thus joined the case was tried to the Court, without a jury, on September 17 and 18, 1954.

At the conclusion of the trial the case was taken under advisement and counsel for the respective parties were directed to file briefs in support of their contentions. The briefs have been received, and…
