¶1 Darían Demetrius Livingston appeals his bench trial convictions for three counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one count each of first degree unlawful possession of a firearm and bail jumping. He argues that the trial court erred (1) by denying his motion to suppress the evidence discovered during the search of his vehicle following his arrest on a Department of Corrections (DOC) warrant and (2) by concluding that he did not establish that uncontrollable circumstances caused his failure to appear.
