MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING APPLICATION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES PURSUANT TO EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT

The Court has before it at this time in the above matter Plaintiff’s counsel’s Application for Attorney’s Fees Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (hereinafter “EAJA”) (Docket No. 82), filed on December 27, 1991. The application seeks an assessment of attorney’s fees against the federal defendants pursuant to pertinent provisions of the EAJA, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d).
