In this action to collect uninsured/underinsured motorist (“UM”) benefits, defendants Allstate Insurance Company and Georgia Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company appeal (through the interlocutory appeal procedure) the trial court’s partial denial of their motions for summary judgment, in which the trial court ruled that a release executed by Richard and Laura Thompson did not conclusively establish that Richard received less than the limits of the liability policy insuring the negligent driver who injured him and his wife.
