— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages arising out of the breach *705of an employment agreement not to solicit business from the plaintiff’s customers, the defendant Joseph F. Tavolacci appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), entered May 19, 1986, as is in favor of the plaintiff and against him in the principal sum of $91,036.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
