Leslie Gene Goodman has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, asking this Court to order the Honorable Jim D. Lo-vett, presiding judge of the Sixth Judicial District Court of Lamar County, Texas, to enter an order disqualifying the Honorable Gary Young, county attorney for Lamar County, as the State’s attorney of record in trial court cause number 21313, styled State of Texas v.
