Petitioner for this writ of habeas corpus is the father of Mark Anthony (Spradlin) Mobley, now a four year old boy, who by order of the Juvenile Court dated January 6, 1959, was committed to the permanent custody of the Montgomery County Child Welfare Board. The respondent is the Superintendent of Shawan Acres, a childrens ’ home maintained by said board, and also the executive secretary of said Board.
