This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Grady county in favor of Walter Halsey against the Georgia Home Insurance Company, upon a policy of fire insurance. The petition was an ordinary petition, alleging the making of the contract, and alleging further that the plaintiff had performed all the conditions required of him to be performed by the provisions of the policy, except such as had been waived by the company and by consent changed.
