SANDERS, Justice.

We granted certiorari to review a judgment of the Third Circuit Court of Appeal denying the plaintiff uninsured motorists benefits under an insurance policy. 259 La. 805, 253 So.2d 65. We now reverse.

The circumstances of the case are novel. This is the second suit by Mrs. LeBlanc against the insurex, Travelers Indemnity Company, to recover uninsured motorists benefits based on an automobile collision in Lafayette on May 21, 1964.
