Nelson Arriaga (“Arriaga”) petitions for review of a final order of removal of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). The BIA dismissed Arriaga’s appeal from the decision of the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Paul M. Gagnon, which sustained Arriaga’s removability under the subsection of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”) that renders deportable any alien convicted of stalking.
