SHIELDS, Presiding Judge.
John Kerrigan appeals a judgment ordering the execution of his previously imposed suspended sentence.
We affirm.
FACTS
On April 14, 1988, Kerfigan pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary, a class C felony, 1 pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to three (8) years imprisonment; the sentence was suspended and Kerrigan placed on probation. One condition of his probation was that Kerrigan perform 500 hours of community service, beginning that day. Kerrigan failed to perform any community service.
