MEMORANDUM

FOLLMER, District Judge.

On March 4, 1965, this action was commenced in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. On March 23, 1965, the defendant filed a petition for removal to this court under 28 U.S.C. § 1441, alleging that this Court has original jurisdiction under Section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185.
