This appeal grows out of a claim filed by Otho Clyde Smith with the Workmen’s Compensation Commission. The Commission denied the claim, finding that he did not sustain an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. He appealed to the Superior Court of Baltimore City, where the case was tried without a jury. The only issue was whether the claimant sustained a compensable injury.
