Appellant brings this appeal from an adverse ruling of the Pulaski chancery court. The facts as presented by record, substantially, are: On May 4, 1932, appellant, together with her then husband, John D. Cooper, purchased as tenants by the entirety lot 22 in block 2 of Fleming & Bradford’s Addition to the city of Little Eock, Arkansas, from S. M. Dent, .Trustee of Home Eealty Corporation, bankrupt. The consideration was $1,700, of which $800 was paid in cash and the balance was represented by a lien note in' the principal sum of $900 with interest at 7 per cent, and payable in monthly…
